I would like to lodge a complaint regarding an incident of animal abuse that occurred on 18 May 2024 at around 3:00 PM at Jalan SS 15/3A, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. A cat was found injured, hit by an unknown individual using a stick. The cat is still alive and receiving treatment. This is a violation of the Animal Welfare Act 2015. Please investigate and take action.
